Two investors can earn the same monthly cash flow and still have completely different results. That difference is the return on investment. That is the number that tells the truth. 😌
Everyone wants to become a real estate investor, but not everyone understands the difference between cash flow and ROI. You can have a strong DSCR and still have a weak return if you overfund the deal. And you can have a higher rate and still outperform if you structure the deal the right way. 💛

Thanksgiving
We do not celebrate Thanksgiving in my home country, but living the “American Dream” I have learned to enjoy this beautiful holiday. We do not need to wait for one special day to say what we are thankful for. We work hard for a better tomorrow, but when tomorrow comes, instead of enjoying it, we start thinking of a better tomorrow again.
