Then I had someone ask for one hundred percent financing. And honestly, every time I hear that, I already know the energy. They want the reward with zero involvement. They want a portfolio with no skin in the game, no risk, no responsibility, no discipline. They want the outcome without the effort. 

It is like wanting results from a workout you never showed up for. Or wanting a business without investing a dollar. It sounds easy, but it creates a hard life. The investors who last understand commitment. The ones who chase shortcuts fade out fast.
